  • Click the Activity menu item.
  • Click the Calendar menu item.

Adding a Visit #

Adding a Visit Manually #

NOTE:

All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.

You can add a target user to a visit if you have enabled a user visit type in your visit types.

  • Click on the day and user.
  • Click the + button.
  • Fill in the required info.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Adding Visits in Bulk #

NOTE:

Please use this option to add many Visits at the same time. Once the import has been successful, you will be notified by email.

  • Click the Import button.
  • Download the import template.
  • Fill in the required info on the excel template.
  • Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
  • Click the Add button and confirm the popup.

Editing a Visit #

  • Click on the day and user.
  • Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Visit details page.
  • Complete the required edits.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Deleting a Visit #

WARNING:

You cannot restore a Visit once deleted. Use with caution.

Deleting a Visit Manually #

  • Click the Delete icon.
  • Confirm the popup.

Deleting Selected Visits #

  • Select the visits.
  • Click the Delete Schedule button.
  • Confirm the popup.

Deleting an Entire Visit Schedule #

  • Click the Delete icon.
  • Confirm the popup.

Copying a Schedule #

Copying Selected Visits #

  • Select the visits.
  • Click the Copy Schedule button.
  • Fill in the required info.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Copying an Entire Visit Schedule #

  • Click the Copy icon.
  • Fill in the required info.
  • Confirm the popup.

Extending a Schedule #

  • Click the Extend icon.
  • Enable the Auto Extend Schedule checkbox.
  • Set the Routing Cycle.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Reordering a Schedule #

  • Hover over the visit.
  • Drag and drop the visit to the desired order.

Field Descriptions #

Field Name

Field Description

Date*

The visit date

Start Time

The visit start time. The field rep will not be able to start the visit before the set visit time.

Visit Type

The visit type, to filter for reporting.

Extra Mission

A checkbox that once enabled considers the visit as an extra mission.
