Adding a Category #
NOTE:
All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.
- Click the first + button.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Save to confirm.
Editing a Category #
- Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Category details popup.
- Complete the required edits.
- Click Save to confirm.
Deactivating/Activating a Category #
To deactivate a Category (and all subcategories):
- Click the Check icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Deactivate button to confirm.
To activate a Category (and all subcategories):
- Click the Show All checkbox to see all Categories.
- Click the X icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Activate button to confirm.
Adding a Subcategory #
NOTE:
All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.
- Click the Parent Category from the list of categories.
- Click the + icon on the right-hand side button.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Save to confirm.
Editing a Subcategory #
- Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Subcategory details popup.
- Complete the required edits.
- Click Save to confirm.
Deactivating/Activating a Subcategory #
To deactivate a Subcategory:
- Click the parent category.
- Click the Check icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Deactivate button to confirm.
To activate a Subcategory:
- Click the parent category.
- Click the Show All checkbox to see all subcategories.
- Click the X icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Activate button to confirm.
Field Descriptions #
Field Name | Field Description |

Name* | The category or subcategory name. |
Alt Name (Alternative Name) | The category or subcategory name in the secondary language. This will be used when field reps or admin users switch to the alternative language. |
Code | The code your company uses to represent the category or subcategory. |
