Adding an Employee #
NOTE:
All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.
You can add all types of users from this section, click the Role dropdown to define the role of the user you are creating.
If you use assign a working shift, they will automatically be assigned the working hours of the shift. However, if you enter a working hour, it will override the default working shift hours.
Adding an Employee Manually #
- Click the + button.
- Fill in the required info.
- Click Save to confirm.
Adding Employees in Bulk #
NOTE:
Please use this option to add many Employees at the same time. Once the import has been successful, you will be notified by email.
- Click the Import button.
- Click Add from the dropdown.
- Download the import template.
- Fill in the required info on the excel template.
- Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
- Click the Add button and confirm the popup.
Editing an Employee #
- Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Employee details page.
- Complete the required edits.
- Click Save to confirm.
Deactivating/Activating an Employee #
To deactivate an Employee:
- Click the Check icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Deactivate button to confirm.
To activate an Employee:
- Click the Show All checkbox to see all Employees.
- Click the X icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Activate button to confirm.
Adding a Shared Employee #
Adding a Shared Employee Manually #
NOTE:
If you have a multi-company setup, you can add a shared user linked to a primary user so that the field rep can easily switch from user to user in the mobile application. This way your multi-company data is not mixed, and you can manage the company requirements separately.
Setting the Primary Account:
- When you are adding or editing an employee enable the Multiple Account checkbox.
- Click Save to confirm.
Setting the Secondary Account:
- When you are adding or editing an employee, select the Parent Company in the Parent Company Dropdown.
- Select the Primary Account.
- Click Save to confirm.
Adding Shared Employees in Bulk #

Field Descriptions #

Username* | The login username assigned to the employee (it shouldn't include special characters and space). |
Email* | The employee's email. |
First Name* | The employee's first name. |
Last Name* | The employee's last name |
Alt First Name (Alternative Name) | The employee's first name in the secondary language. |
Alt Last Name (Alternative Name) | The employee's last name in the secondary language. |
Phone Number | The employee's phone number. |
Reference # | The employee's Reference #. |
Role* | The employee's Role. |
Password* | The password to be used to login. |
Force Change Password | A checkbox to enable a force change password upon the employee's first login. |
Working Shift | The employee's assigned working shift. |
Working Hours | The employee's working hours. This will over-ride the working shift hours. |
Cycle | The cycle duration in weeks. |
Extend Schedule | A checkbox to enable the automatic extension of the schedule for the coming week. |
Migrate Schedule to Plan | A checkbox to enable the automatic re-creation of the schedule in the journey plan at the end of the cycle. |
Modules* | The employee's assigned modules. |
Access Group | The employee's assigned group access rights. |
Multiple Account | A checkbox to set the user as a primary account. |
Primary Company | If the user being created is a secondary account, select the primary company and then the primary user. |
Active | A checkbox that allows you to set the active status of the employee. |
App Version | The app version the employee has installed. |
Device ID | The employee's Device ID. |
Device ID Updated on | The date the employee last updated their device ID. |
Last Active Date | The employee's last active date. |
