Accessing the Public Holidays Section #

  • Click the SETUP menu item.
  • Click the Human Resources menu item.
  • Click the Public Holidays menu item.

Adding a Public Holiday #

Adding a Public Holiday Manually #

NOTE:

All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.

  • Click the + button.
  • Fill in the required info.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Adding Public Holidays in Bulk #

NOTE:

Please use this option to add many Holidays at the same time. Once the import has been successful, you will be notified by email.

  • Click the Import button.
  • Click Add from the dropdown.
  • Download the import template.
  • Fill in the required info on the excel template.
  • Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
  • Click the Add button and confirm the popup.

Editing a Public Holiday #

NOTE:

Please use this option if you are only modifying a few Public Holidays. If you would like to modify many Public Holidays please refer to the Edit Public Holidays in Bulk section.

  • Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Public Holiday details popup.
  • Complete the required edits.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Deleting a Public Holiday #

WARNING:

You cannot restore a Public Holiday once deleted. Use with caution.

  • Click the Delete icon 
  • Confirm the popup.

Editing/Deleting Public Holidays in Bulk #

NOTE:

Please use this option to modify many Public Holidays at the same time. Once the import has been successful, you will be notified by email.

You cannot restore a Public Holiday once deleted. Use with caution.

You can delete Public Holidays in bulk using the same method of updating. The last column in the Excel template is Delete. If you would like to delete the Public Holiday, change the value per Public Holiday to Yes.

  • Click the Import button
  • Click Update from the dropdown.
  • Download the import template.
  • Edit the required info on the excel template.
  • Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
  • Click the Update button and confirm the popup.

Field Description

Name*

The public holiday name.

Date*

The date of the public holiday.

Include in Attendance

A checkbox to include the public holiday in the attendance report.

Cancel Schedule

A checkbox to cancel the field reps' schedule under the public holiday.
