Accessing the Store Groups Section #

  • Click the SETUP menu item.
  • Click the Stores menu item.
  • Click the Store Groups tab.

Adding a Store Group #

Adding a Store Group Manually #

NOTES:

All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.

  1. Click the + button.
  2. Fill in the required info.
  3. Select the Branches you would like to group together.
  4. Click Save to confirm.

Adding Store Groups in Bulk #

NOTE:

Please use this option to add many Store Groups at the same time. Once the import has been successful, you will be notified by email.

  1. Click the Import button.
  2. Click Add from the dropdown.
  3. Download the import template.
  4. Fill in the required info on the excel template.
  5. Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
  6. Click the Add button and confirm the popup.

Editing a Store Group #

  1. Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Store Group details page.
  2. Complete the required edits.
  3. Click Save to confirm.

Deactivating/Activating a Store Group #

To deactivate a Store Group:

  1. Click the Check icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
  2. Click the Deactivate button to confirm.
 

To activate a Store Group:

  1. Click the Show All checkbox to see all Store Groups.
  2. Click the X icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
  3. Click the Activate button to confirm.

Managing a Store Group's MSL #

  1. Double click on the Store Group.
  2. Edit the Store Group’s MSL by delisting or adding brands.
  3. Click Save to confirm.
