Adding a Competitor SKU Manually #
NOTE:
The only difference when adding Competitor SKUs is the Family Type dropdown. To add a competitor SKU, select Competitor from the dropdown.
To add competitor SKUs, please follow the steps in How to add and manage SKUs section.
Adding Competitor SKUs in Bulk #
NOTE:
Competitors should be selected in the Family Type Filter, and in the upload popup the Competitor radio button should be selected or else the competitor SKUs you are trying to upload will be added as company SKUs.
- Select the Competitor in the first filter Family Type option and press apply to refresh results.
- Click the Import button.
- Click Add from the dropdown.
- Download the import template.
- Edit the required info on the excel template.
- Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
- Click the Add button and confirm the popup.
Editing Competitor SKUs in Bulk #
To edit competitor SKUs in bulk, please refer to Adding Competitor SKUs in Bulk section, but instead of selecting Add from the import button dropdown, select Update.
