Accessing the Leave Type Section #

  • Click the SETUP menu item.
  • Click the Human Resources menu item.
  • Click the Leaves menu item.
  • Click the Type tab.

Adding a Leave Type #

NOTE:

All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.

  • Click the + button.
  • Fill in the required info.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Editing a Leave Type #

  • Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Leaves Type details popup.
  • Complete the required edits.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Deleting a Leave Type #

WARNING:

You cannot restore a Leave Type once deleted. Use with caution.

  • Click the Delete icon.
  • Confirm the popup.

Field Descriptions #

Field Name

Field Description

Name*

The leave type name.

Alt Name

(Alternative Name)

The leave type name in the secondary language.

Cancel Reason*

The cancel reason you would like to link the leave type to.

Include in Attendance

A checkbox to include the leave type in the attendance report.

Cancel Schedule

A checkbox to cancel the field reps' schedule when the leave type is applied.
