Adding a Brand #
NOTE:
All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.
Parent brand is not necessary to create the brand, and is only used if you use sub-brands in your SKU hierarchy.
The type of brand can be either Company Brand or Competitor Brand. If it is your brand, select Company, if it is a competitor brand, select Competitor.
You can automatically add your new Brand to all branches by selecting the Add to All Branches checkbox.
WARNING:
Once created, Brands cannot be deleted.
- Click the + button.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Save to confirm.
Editing a Brand #
- Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Brand details page.
- Complete the required edits.
- Click Save to confirm.
Field Descriptions #
Field Name | Field Description |

Name* | The brand name. |
Alt Name (Alternative Name) | The brand name in the secondary language. This will be used when field reps or admin users switch to the alternative language. |
Parent Brand | The parent brand of the brand you are creating. |
Type* | The type of the brand, either your own or the competitors. |
Add to All Branches | A checkbox to add the specific brand to all store branches. |
