Accessing the Group Access Rights Settings #

  • Click the SETUP menu item.
  • Click the Access Rights menu item.
  • Click the Groups menu item.
  • Click the Settings icon of the Group you would like to configure.

Editing a Group Access Rights #

NOTE:

If users already exist within the group, they will be automatically synced with the new access rights you have added or removed.

You cannot enable access rights for modules your users don't have access to.

  1. Enable or disable the respective access rights.
  2. Click Save to complete the changes.

Accessing the Group Access Right's Users #

Click on the Users tab to view the users within the Group.

Adding a User to a Group Access Rights #

NOTE:

If the access right group is created for Field Reps, you will only be able to add Field reps, and the same logic applies for Super Admin, and Admin groups. When you add a user to the Group Access Rights, they will automatically be synced with the Group Access Rights. Use with Caution.

The same user cannot be added in multiple Groups.

  1. Click on the + icon.
  2. Select the users you would like to add.
  3. Click Save to confirm.

Removing a User from a Group Access Rights #

NOTE:

Once removed the user will not have any access rights.

  1. Click the Delete icon.
  2. Confirm the popup.

Re-Syncing a User to the Group Access Rights #

  1. Click the Checkbox icon under the Sync column.
  2. Click the Sync button.
