Accessing the Group Access Rights Section #

  • Click the SETUP menu item.
  • Click the Access Rights menu item.
  • Click the Groups menu item.

Adding a Group Access Rights #

NOTES:

All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.

Use the dropdown to create different types of Group Access Rights depending on what group you would like to create. Either Super Admin, Admin, or Field Rep.

  • Click the + button.
  • Select what type of group access rights you would like to create from the dropdown.
  • Name the Group.
  • Enable all the access rights you would like to assign to the Group.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Deleting a Group Access Rights #

NOTES:

You cannot delete a Group that already has users assigned to it.

WARNING:

You cannot restore a Group once deleted. Use with caution.

  • Click the Delete icon.
  • Confirm the popup.
