Accessing the Branch Routes Section #
- Click the SETUP menu item.
- Click the Branches menu item.
- Click the Configuration menu item.
Editing a Branch Route #
- Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Branch Route details popup.
- Complete the required edits.
- Click Save to confirm.
Deactivating/Activating a Branch Route #
To deactivate a Branch Route:
- Click the Check icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Deactivate button to confirm.
To activate a Branch Route:
- Click the Show All checkbox to see all Branch Routes.
- Click the X icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- Click the Activate button to confirm.
Deleting a Branch Route #
WARNING:
You cannot restore a Branch Route once deleted. Use with caution.
- Click the Delete icon.
- Confirm the popup.
