Accessing the Branch Additional Info Section #

  • Click the SETUP menu item.
  • Click the Branch menu item.
  • Click the Additional Info menu item.

Adding a Section #

  • Click the + button.
  • Fill in the required info.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Editing a Section #

  • Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Section details popup.
  • Complete the required edits.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Deactivating/Activating a Section #

To deactivate a Section:

  • Click the Check icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box. 
  • Click the Deactivate button to confirm.
 

To activate a Section:

  • Click the Show All checkbox to see all Sections. 
  • Click the X icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
  • Click the Activate button to confirm.

Accessing the Branch Questions Section #

  • Click the SETUP menu item.
  • Click the Branches menu item.
  • Click the Additional Info menu item.
  • Click the Section you would like to add questions to.

Adding a Question #

NOTE:

All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory to fill.

  • Click the + button.
  • Fill in the required info.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Editing a Question #

  • Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Question details page.
  • Complete the required edits.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Sorting a Question #

  1. Click the Drag & Drop icon.
  2. Drag the question to the required position.
  3. Click Save Sort to confirm.

Deactivating/Activating a Question #

To deactivate a Question:

  • Click the Check icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box. 
  • Click the Deactivate button to confirm.
 

To activate a Question:

  • Click the Show All checkbox to see all Questions. 
  • Click the X icon and you will be prompted with a confirmation box.
  • Click the Activate button to confirm.

Accessing the Question Items Section #

  • Click the Edit button.
  • Click the Add Items button.

Adding a Question Item #

Adding a Question Item Manually #

  • Click the + button.
  • Fill in the required information.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Adding Question Items in Bulk #

NOTE:

Please use this option to add many Question Items at the same time. Once the import has been successful, you will be notified by email.

  • Click the Import button.
  • Click Add from the dropdown.
  • Download the import template.
  • Edit the required info on the excel template.
  • Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
  • Click the Update button and confirm the popup.

Editing a Question Item #

  1. Click the Edit icon to be taken to the Item details popup.
  2. Complete the required edits.
  3. Click Save to confirm.

  2. Click the Deactivate button to confirm.

Editing/Deactivating/Activating Question Items in Bulk #

NOTE:

Please use this option to modify many Question Items at the same time. Once the import has been successful, you will be notified by email.

You can deactivate items in bulk using the same method of updating. The last column in the Excel template is Active. If you would like to deactivate or re-activate the Item, change the value per Item to either No or Yes respectively.

  • Click the Import button.
  • Click Update from the dropdown.
  • Download the import template.
  • Edit the required info on the excel template.
  • Click the Browse button, locate and select the updated template sheet.
  • Click the Update button and confirm the popup.
